I liked this product, it gave me extra energy, and kept me from snacking. At first I was taking it 30 before I ate, but after calling customer service and discovering it works better if taken 30 mins after i eat, it worked even better! I will definately continue ordering this product and would also like to try other similiar products. Any suggestions???
