How do I return an item?
- **Due to the non-reusable nature of our products and the health issues associated with product returns, we cannot accept product returns for any opened products. Unopened products may be returned for a refund (minus all shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee) within 30 days of purchase, provided the customer first contacts Wholesalehealthdirect.com, requests a Return Authorization Number and mails the product back to us with the Return Authorization Number.** Please be sure that you meet our return policy.
